China Elite Tour

The elaborate designed tour begins with a warm greeting from our guide at Beijing Capital International Airport. Accompanying by your guide and driver, you will check in at the 4-star Holiday Inn Central Plaza Hotel, which is the best Holiday Inn hotel in Beijing. The rest of the day is reserved for you to overcome the jet lag. Alternatively, you may take an easy walk around the hotel at your own leisure.

Today you will first take a pre-tour briefing at the hotel lobby, where you will meet your travel companions. After knowing each other, you will be guided to the Tian'anmen Square and the Forbidden City that are close together. Being the actual and symbolic seat of imperial power, the stately Forbidden City remained as the residence and office of 24 emperors for almost 500 years in Ming and Qing Dynasties. After having an a la carte lunch, you will then visit the Temple of Heaven in the afternoon. You will enjoy a famous Chinese Kung Fu Show at the Red Theater tonight. (B+L)

You will go away from the busy city for a while by visiting the spectacular Badaling Great Wall, a jade factory and the Sacred Way. To avoid the inferior meals at tourist site restaurants, lunch is not included today. We suggest you take some fast food. Besides, you will have the opportunity to view the appearance of the Bird's Nest (Olympic National Stadium) at a distance on the way back to downtown. (B)

Today you will have the morning to the visit the exquisite Summer Palace, a pearl store and take a Hutong tour. The Summer Palace is known as the 'garden of gardens' for it features the garden styles of both northern and southern China. A fancy a la carte lunch at a popular local restaurant will be arranged for you at noon. Take an afternoon flight to Xian, another noted ancient capital of China. Your guide in Xian will pick you up and transfer you to the 5 star Sheraton Hotel. (B+L)

The inviting day starts from the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum, where the grand underground corps guards the mausoleum of Qin Shi Huang for over 2000 years and displays the powerful army of the Qin Dynasty. Then visit a pottery-making factory. At about noon, we will take you to a local people's family for a special homely cooked a la carte lunch. Later, you will visit the Small Wild Goose Pagoda and Xian Museum. Tonight you will be entertained with the Tang Dynasty Music and Dance Show while enjoy the Dumpling dinner. (B+L+D)

Visit the City Wall and the Shaanxi History Museum in the morning. A la carte lunch will be offered at carefully selected restaurants at noon. In the afternoon, you will visit the Great Mosque and you will see Muslim come to attend prayer services in it and you can also wander along the nearby Muslim Bazzar. (B+L)

You will take a morning flight to Guilin, the local guide will meet you at Guilin airport and escort you to the 5-star Sheraton Hotel. Then pay a visit to the Reed Flute Cave to enjoy the symbolic Karst landform and a sea water pearl store. (B)

We kindly remind you to have a big breakfast at the hotel in the morning since lunch will be served on the ship is a Chinese lunch box and it may not cater to your taste. As the most brilliant part of Guilin scenery, the Li River cruise is a must for any tourist. While standing on board, you can fully relax and enjoy the magnificent landscapes of nature glide by. The pleasure ship will be anchored in the famous small town - Yangshuo at about 13:00. Upon arrival, you will have a delightful tour to enjoy the rural scenery of Yangshuo by car, as well as drop at a village family en route. After that, we will transfer you back Guilin and visit the Elephant Trunk Hill. (B+L)
