Twin shared accommodation in hotels in each city and/or on Yangtze River cruise. For any clients who prefer to stay in a single room or single cruise cabin, an extra charge for sole occupancy will apply.
In each city, Western and Chinese style buffet breakfast is offered at the hotel; lunch and/or dinner of each day including two glasses of soft drink will be provided at local restaurants.
Should your tour include a Yangtze cruise, you will enjoy full board service on the ship. Since all cruise companies have their own beverage policies, we kindly suggest you comply with the arrangements of the cruise companies regarding meals and drinks. Our travel agency is only responsible for purchasing the cruise ticket for you.
Should your tour include a Yangtze cruise, the onshore sightseeing tours in groups and daily activities will be arranged by the cruise company. All these are subject to change according to prevailing conditions.
For land tours arranged for you by us, transfers forming part of your itinerary relating to airports, train stations, hotels and attraction sites. Any extra services including separate arrivals and departures will incur additional expenses..
In each city, we have a professional English-speaking guide and an experienced driver to serve you during the tour.

We use a fixed exchange rate of US$1.00 = RMB6.10.
Once you confirm the tour, a deposit of US$200.00 per person is required. Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit. Payment of the deposit will be taken as confirmation of your acceptance of our Tour Booking Terms and Conditions.
The tour deposit will count as part of total price of the tour. The payment of the balance must be made no later than 30 days before your tour commences.
Any bank charges made in connection with your payment will be your responsibility.
If clients wish to make some alterations to the confirmed tour before it starts, we are glad to make them for you without penalties. However, if we have issued your tickets to you or made payment to the hotels or a cruise company, there will be penalties for any changes to items that have already been paid.
If a client requires to cancel a tour, the deposit of US$200.00 per person is not refundable. However it can be set against the cost if you travel to China within 18 months. Therefore, the cancellation percentage is based on an amount that does not include the tour deposit.
Hereunder is our cancellation penalty policy:
Private Tours 1) If clients cancel their tour 30 days or more prior to the arrival day, there will be no tour price penalty except for the tour deposit, and the actual air or hotel cancellation fee if there is.
2) If clients cancel their tour 16 to 29 days prior to the arrival day, there will be no tour price penalty except for the full cost of a Yangtze cruise, and actual air or hotel cancellation fee if there is.
3) If clients cancel their tour 3 to 15 days prior to the arrival day, the penalty is 20% of the tour price along with the full cost of a Yangtze cruise.
4) If clients cancel their tour within 2 days prior to the arrival day, the penalty is 30% of the tour price along with the full cost of a Yangtze cruise.
Small Group Tours 1) If clients cancel their tour 30 days or more prior to the arrival day, there will be no tour price penalty except for the tour deposit, and the actual air or hotel cancellation fee if there is.
2) If clients cancel their tour 20 to 29 days prior to the arrival day, the penalty is 20% of the tour price.
3) If clients cancel their tour 10 to 19 days prior to the arrival day, the penalty is 50% of the tour price.
4) If clients cancel their tour 3 to 9 days prior to the arrival day, the penalty is 70% of the tour price.
5) If clients cancel their tour within 2 days prior to the arrival day, the penalty is 100% of the tour price.
Once the tour starts, if clients make any changes on the tour, the additional fees incurred by changes need to be paid, including flight and/or hotel cancellation penalties and so on. No pro rata refund or reallocation of the price paid can be made in respect of the unused part of the tour.
If clients wish to cancel they should send an e-mail or a fax as soon as possible. Your refund will depend on date and time of receipt of your formal cancellation notice in Beijing time. We will complete refund procedures within 20 working days.
If we are obliged to cancel a tour for reasons beyond our control, we will make efforts to arrange an alternative tour for you or refund all the money you have paid to us. A full refund will amount to the final settlement for the tour. We do not accept any responsibility for the expenses incurred as a result of the client’s own booking, such as cost of travel to or from the tour venue.
Private Tours: We customize private tours for you, your family or friends. No matter how many of you will come to travel, there will be no other travelers in your group. You will have a private English-speaking guide and a driver in each city and your tour will have a great deal of flexibility.
One exception to this is if your tour includes a Yangtze cruise. During the cruise, you need to follow the arrangements of the cruise company when taking part in onshore sightseeing tours.
Small Group Tours: We offer small group tours for clients who would like to benefit from a lower price and are happy to make more friends from different corners of the world. Our small groups are from minimum 1 to 18 people with guaranteed departures. We reserve the right to refuse clients to join or continue with a small group if any health or mental condition, physical infirmity or other abnormal behavior affects the tour or other tour group members.
Clients should double-check their passport and visa validity for the period of your China tour. If you apply for a new passport or visa, you should have it ready at least 20 days prior to the tour. We can help confirmed clients with their visa application by sending you an official invitation letter free of charge. Additionally, if we also arrange for you to travel to other Asian countries, you should be aware the visa policy of that country by contacting the appropriate embassy or consulate.
We kindly suggest you make a careful check of your own booked flight tickets before departure so as to fully understand the various terms and conditions of the airlines. We also have some China Tour Tips on our website for clients to read which can be useful for you when traveling in China.
Our travel agency mainly offers diversified China tours, which comprise various travel services, such as tour guide service, land transfer, airlines, Yangtze cruise, excursions, accommodation and so on. All these are from different suppliers, with which we have contractual agreements. They are not our agents or employees.
By booking your flight or cruise tickets, we act only as your agent for reservations, not the representative of the air or cruise companies. However, with our land tour service, we are responsible for the negative behavior or unsatisfactory service provided by our partner agencies.
For trains and flights that we arrange as part of your itinerary, we reserve the right to make changes as long as we ensure the smooth running of your tour. However, cancellations or alternations of flight or train schedules are beyond our control.
Once your full payment arrives at our bank account, everything will be settled. Any benefits or losses as a consequence of any price fluctuation, such as flight tickets, taxes, fuel surcharges, cruise tickets, currency devaluation and so on shall accrue solely to us. Prior to receiving your tour deposit, we reserve the right to correct the price errors or to increase the tour price due to flight or train price changes, tax increases, fuel surcharges, cruise ticket price changes, currency devaluation and so on.
We take no responsibility for any terrorist acts, political turbulence and confusion, war, earthquake, landslide, flights and/or cruises’ delay or cancellation.
During the tour, if clients request any additional services from the tour guide or driver of our local partner agencies that deviate from our confirmed itinerary, it is at their own risk. We do not accept responsibility for any losses incurred by you due to shopping, additional scenic spots, different destinations and so on, but we will make efforts to help you should you encounter any problems.
