Which region would you like to go?

East China includes Anhui, Fujian, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Shandong and Zhejiang provinces, as well as Shanghai municipality. Hills, basins and plains are the main landform of East China. The climate here belongs to subtropical monsoon humid climate.

North China covers three provinces including Hebei, Shanxi and Inner Mongolia and two municipalities directly under the Central Government, Beijing and Tianjin. The main landform here includes plains, hills and mountains. The climate type of this area belongs to continental monsoon climate of medium latitudes.

Northeast China consists of Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoning provinces. It has a multiple climate, since Liaoning is next to the Bohai Sea, Jilin is covered with forests while Heilongjiang has the longest winter, which is more than half a year.

Northwest China occupies a vast area, made up of five provinces, namely Gansu, Ningxia, Shaanxi, Xinjiang and Qinghai. The Loess Plateau and part of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau lie in this region. Due to the temperate continental climate, the annual precipitation here is very low and the weather is usually dry.

Southwest China involves southeastern parts of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, Sichuan Basin and most part of Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau. Thus its components are Guizhou, Sichuan, Tibet, Yunnan provinces as well as Chongqing municipality. Belonging to the subtropical and temperate climate types, this region has the most complex natural conditions in China.

Central and South China also has complex natural conditions and multiple landscapes, influenced by the subtropical and warm temperate climate types. Mainly covering the middle China and partial area of southern China, it contains Guangdong, Guangxi, Henan, Hubei, Hunan and Hainan provinces.

Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan
As the Pearl of the Orient, Hong Kong is a popular tourist destination besides being an important financial market of the world; Macau includes a small peninsula jutting off the southern edge of China as well as the nearby islands of Taipa and Coloane; Taiwan is a beautiful island province in the southeast edge of China's continental shelf, facing Fujian to its northwest.

You can apply for the visa for your trip to China mainland in Macau, but you'd better apply for it from the China Embassy in Bangladesh.
