What are the needed requirements when applying visit visa to china?
Hi good day! I’ m Reziel, Filipino. I just want to know what requirements are needed when applying visit visa to China both for first timer and for the one who already went to China before. Thank you!
 Answered by Lucy
For those who have been to China, you should provide your valid passport with blank pages and at least 6 months validity left before expiration; a completed filled application form affixed with one passport-size or 2x2 colored photo; Invitation letter with a copy of the inviter's valid Chinese residence visa and passport information page of inviter's or Chinese national identity card; Previously used China visa in old or new passport.
For a first-timer, except for your passport and other travel document, you need to provide the original NBI clearance valid for travel abroad and original bank certificate with receipt or original passbook, updated within the month that you are applying.

Do I need to get Chinese Visa to visit Shenzhen? Can I apply visa in Hong Kong?
Hi! Me & my family are travelling to Hong Kong on Sept., & we are planning to visit Shenzhen, some of my friends told me that we can get our visa in Hong Kong, or just arrange a packaged tour at the hotel for they will be applying for our visas. What do you think? How long will it take? We'll be staying in Hong Kong for 3 days only. Are the requirements still the same? Thanks. Have a nice day.
 Answered by Andy
You can not apply the Chinese visa in Hong Kong, but you can take package tour. The policy is if you go to Shenzhen with a tourism group arranged by a local travel agency in HK and stay in Shenzhen no more than 6 days you don't need to apply a China mainland visa.

  • visa rejectionI apply working visa in the chinese embassy here in philippines. I wonder why they denied because I have all the requirements they need. I submitted employment license from china, inivitation letter from my employer, working contract, application form with photo white background attached. Photocopy of my passport front and back and my emploment certificate from previous work. I submitted my employment certificate from my previous employment but I only gave them 1 year experience. But I have other employment certificate from my other employer before. So I have 2 years experience for work before. I wonder why they denied my application for working visa. I asked the counter if why they denied, the guy on counter 1 said they didnt know about that, he said the consular only knows about refusal of visa. I also ask them if I they can give some of my original documents like employment certificate fron my previous employer but they said they couldnt give the documents back to me. I wanna know if theres any other way to reapply again for working visa. I also asked them if how to reapply again, they said after 6 months I cpuld be able to apply again. I am so depressed for what happened and my employer in shanghai china didnt expect that the embassy will denied my application. I also have 2 cousins in shanghai china so they recommended me there to their friend. I also had a interview but the giel keep saying that I will work in shanghai as waiter but I said I will work there as consultant. but she keeps on saying that I will worl there as waiter. Is there any way to apply visa again but will not take for 6 months?
