Mr. Wong, you need make a visa application through the Chinese Visa Application Service Centre (CVASC) in UK. Please submit your passport, one completed visa application form, one recent passport photo, your UK work visa or residence permit to CVASC.

Yes Bill, you can apply the Chinese visa with your Nigerian passport. When you apply the visa, you should also submit your residence permit in UK.
