  • Should I come in person to get my marriage license notarized? What do I need? How is the process?

    Can my relatives help me through the notarization process because me and my husband are already in China now and it's impossible for us to go back to USA since we don't have any legal paper while we were in the USA.   • Hong Kong Identity Card renewal

    I was born in Hong Kong and now I live in the U.S. Can I still renew my identity card in any China Embassy in Houston Texas. Am I still qualify for receive the money from the Hong Kong government giving out 6000.00 h.k. money.Thank you.
