Day 01: Arrival in Beijing
Arrive in Beijing International Airport. After going through the baggage claim area, you will find the local guide wait for you by holding a sign with your name on it. The guide will give you a general introduction of herself/ himself as well as the city on the way to your hotel. The day remaining is free for you to recover from the long flight journey.

Day 02: Beijing
Today's sightseeing schedule includes the Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven. They are all impressive in construction scale and historical significance. A la carte lunch will be served at a local restaurant. In the evening you will witness a lively Chinese Kung Fu Show at the Red Theatre. (B+L)
Day 03: Beijing

Transfer to the most visited segment of the Great Wall, Badaling in the morning. A pair of comfortable shoes will make it easier for you to do the two hours' slight hiking on the Great Wall. To refrain from additional shopping at the site restaurants, our guide and driver will take you to a Sichuan restaurant at the nearest district. After that, you will visit the Summer Palace. Today you will also drive pass the Bird's Nest (Olympic National Stadium) and see its appearance at a distance.  (B+L) 

Day 04: Beijing - Lhasa
Take a morning flight to Lhasa, the Sunlight City, which has the altitude of 3,650 meters above sea level. Transfer to the hotel and acclimatize yourself to the high altitude. (B)

Day 05: Lhasa
Start the day tour with the Tibet Museum and the Carpet Factory. In the afternoon, visit the Sera Monastery and the Norbulingka Park. (B+L)
Day 06: Lhasa
Visit the Potala Palace, which perches upon Hongshan Hill for almost three centuries , both of which have history of more than one thousand years. After having lunch, go ahead to the Jokhang Temple, the numinous center of Tibet and the thriving bazaar of the Barkhor Street and the Tibetan Traditional Medicine Hospital. (B+L)
Day 07: Lhasa - Gyangtse
A morning transfer takes you to Gyangtse. En route you will stop off at the Yamdrok Yumtso Lake and the Karola snow mountain. After a short break at the hotel, you will visit the Palkhor Monastery and the Gyangtse Old Street. (B+L)

Day 08: Gyangtse - Shigatse
Drive to Shigatse and check in at the hotel. Visit the Tashilunpo Monastery and the New Palace of Panchen. Remarkably, the Tashilunpo Monastery is home of the Panchen Rinpoche (Lama) and it is among the four main monasteries of the Gelug Sect of Tibetan Buddhism. (B+L)
Day 09: Shigatse - Dingri
Today you will be taken to Dingri. The transfer won't feel boring as you are going to visit the Sakya Monastery and Lhatse city on the way. Upon arrival, check in at the Everest Hotel. (B+L)
Day 10: Dingri - Everest Base Camp - Dingri
Transfer to the Everest Base Camp and visit Rongbuk Monastery. With a height of more than 5800 meters, Monastery is the best site to view the pyramid-shaped, mighty and majestic the Everest. Return to Dingri.  (B+L)

Day 11: Dingri - Shigatse
Get back to Shigatse and transfer to the hotel.  (B+L)
Day 12: Shigatse - Lhasa
Drive back to Lhasa and transfer to the hotel. The remaining day is reserved for you to recover from the last few days' tiring drive journey. (B+L)
Day 13: Lhasa - Xian
After visiting a Tibetan family, head to your next destination, Xian, which used to be the capital of 13 dynasties during its 3100 years of development. Your private guide and driver in Xian will wait for you at the airport according to the flight schedule and transfer you to the hotel. (B+L)
Day 14: Xian
A 45 minutes short drive will take you to the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum, where the well-preserved underground corps displays the powerful army of the Qin Dynasty (221BC-206BC). To make sure you have a better lunch, our guide and driver will take you a renowned restaurant to have an a la carte lunch. The Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the City Wall are included in the afternoon's schedule. In the evening, you will have the marvelous Tang Dynasty Show. The entertainments for luxury series and standard series are a little bit difference. (B+L+D)

Luxury Series: the Tang Dynasty Dinner and Show at Tang Dynasty Palance is served.

Standard Series: the Dumpling Dinner and Tang Dynasty Music and Dance Show at Shaanxi Opera Theatre. (Add: No. 165, Wenyi Road, Xian).
Day 15: Xian- Shanghai
There is no sightseeings arranged for you in Xian today.  Take a flight to the properous Shanghai city. The local guide will pick you up from the airport duly and transfer to the hotel. (B+L)

Day 16: Shanghai
Get acquainted with the 'Oriental Paris', Shanghai by visiting the Shanghai Museum and Yuyuan Garden in the morning. A la carte lunch will be served in a well selected hotel. In the afternoon, you will be transferred to the Bund area to take a cruise on the Huangpu River. You will have time to explore the Bund area and an old street in Shanghai. (B+L)

Day 17: Departure from Shanghai
Private transfer will take you to the airport for your onward destination or you homeward flight. (B)
