Besides the ten airport shuttle buses to downtown Shanghai, there are also long-distance buses from Pudong Airport to nearby cities, including Hangzhou, Jiaxing, Qingtian, Yiwu, Kunshan, Suzhou, Wuxi and Zhangjiagang. The ticket office is located at Gate 6-7 & 8-9 of the Arrival Hall, T1 the long-distance bus station at the southern part of the bus parking area on the second floor of the parking lot, next to the exit of the toll booth.

Kind Notice: the long-distance buses are not the only way to transfer between the airport and these cities. If none of the buses fit for your flight, you may also take Shanghai Subway line 2 or Pudong Airport Shuttle Bus Line 1 to Hongqiao Railway Station to take a bullet train to these cities. You may also take the airport shuttle to the corresponding long-distance bus stations in downtown Shanghai to take another bus to these cities.
