1. Meals:
We loved all the meals. All restaurants we went to were clean and the food was lovely with a great choice and the ability to try local food. What we did love was that we were given the choice at all other times to have local food or Chinese food which was great. We always chose the local food and suggest that this remain.
2. Guides:
All guides were fluent enough in English for us to understand and all guides had extensive knowledge about their local towns/cities/sights which was greatly appreciated.
We were really glad that we did get Local Guides at every city and we suggest that this be continued. We learnt a lot about each city and site, and feel that we have not missed out on anything. Whenever we had special requests (banks, finding bananas, etc.) the guides would always help us, some even helped with buying things. It was great to have them help us check-in at airports, especially since we did not speak the language. At Kashgar there was a problem with the plane but the guide sorted it out for us.
The guides in Dunhuang and Turpan bought us water to drink and this was greatly appreciated. Both of these guides also met us or saw us off on the actual train platform, not just at the station; which gave us considerable peace of mind and extra support. These trains left early in morning (6am) and arrived late at night (11.30pm) and it was a nice comfort to have both guides actually meet us or see us off on the actual platform.
All up the service from the guides was exceptional and we will recommend this travel agency to others.
3. Cars/drivers:
All drivers were very experienced, safe and courteous. All cars were kept in immaculate condition and very clean.
4. Hotels/Breakfast:
All hotels were clean and in working order. All staff was helpful, if they couldn't speak English they would find someone who could help us if we needed. We had no problems with checking-in or out.
All Breakfasts (except one) were lovely, especially the breakfast at the Kashgar Petroleum Hotel.
All up we thoroughly enjoyed our experience and the service your company offered. We will definitely encourage others to use your company in future.
