Thank you for using Chinatour360 train booking service. Please read through the following terms and conditions carefully and make sure you understand them. These agreements are in place to protect you and your party memebers - our distinguished guests, and Chinatour360 for the train tickets booking.

Reservation

1. Please make sure the passengers' information you offer is exactly the same as what appears on their passports, with same sequence, no abbreviation and omission of any part. Any mistakes on names or passport numbers will result in being unable to claim tickets at the stations.
2. The passports used for booking should be the same ones for collecting the ticket and boarding the train.
3. As the availability and selling date of train tickets are under the control of China Railway Corporation, we promise to try our best to obtain the tickets at the earliest stage, but can not 100% guarantee exactly your preferred ones. Anyway we will offer backup options for you.

Price

1. Total price = ticket par value +service charge +delivery charge (if you require delivery).
2. Our quotation is based on the updated exchange rate between US Dollar and CN Yuan, which is USD1.00 equates to CNY 6.8.

Payment

1. Full payment for all tickets is required prior to the issue of the tickets.
2. We accept payment by PayPal, Credit Card, Western Union, Alipay and WeChat. The handling charge is your responsibility.
3. Full payment is 100% refundable if we fail to issue the required tickets as per your 1st choice or your suggested alternatives.

Change

1. FREE change before ticket is issued.
2. FREE changes after the tickets are issued but 15 days before the train departure date. The new date should be within the selling date of the new train.
3. For changes made within 15 days before departure, 5% to 20% of the ticket par value will be charged as change fee:
   -- 5% for changes made more than 48 hours before departure;
   -- 10% for changes made 24-48 hours before departure;
   -- 20% for changes made within 24 hours before departure.
4. Departure station and passenger information cannot be changed once the ticket is issued.
5. Chinatour360 cannot accept changes within 12 hours before departure time.
6. Change request should be sent to us via email.
7. Second time change is regarded as CANCELLATION (see below).
8. After the ticket is collected or delivered, change could only be made at railway stations by passengers themselves with all the paper tickets and all passports presented at the ticket window.

Cancellation & Refund

1. FREE cancellation before tickets are issued.
2. Cancellation after the ticket is issued but before delivery and collection:
   The cancellation fee is 20% of the ticket par value, and the service fee is non-refundable.
3. Chinatour360 cannot accept cancellation within 12 hours of before departure time.
4. Cancellation request should be sent to us via email.
5. After the ticket is collected or delivered, a cancellation can only be made at railway stations by passengers themselves with all the paper tickets and all passports presented at the ticket window. The service fee is non-refundable.
   • For a self-collected ticket, China Railway Corporation will only offer you the receipts and the money will be returned to our account. Please provide us the receipts via email and then we will refund the same amount to you in accordance with the receipt.
   • For a delivered ticket, you will get your refund in cash directly at the station in local currency.
6. A cancellation request after the train departure won't be accepted by China Railway Corporation, therefore there will be no refund.
7. From May 29th 2015, change or cancellation of tickets on trains to/ from Tibet can only be processed in person by presenting their original passports and paper tickets at any railway station in Mainland China. After the tickets are issued, Chinatour360 can not make any change or cancellation on behalf of passengers.

Supplementary Change & Cancellation/ Pick-up policy for Trains to/out of Hong Kong

1. According to the regulations of China Railway and Hong Kong Railway authorities, trains to/out of Hong Kong adopt different pickup/change/ cancellation policies as below.
2. Pickup:
   • For ticket issued with MTR order number, passengers need to collected tickets at Hong Kong West Kowloon Station.
   • For ticket issued with ticket pick-up number, passengers could collected tickets at any railway station in China mainland.
3. Change:
   • After the ticket is issued, changes on train number and travel time are allowed only for one time, while the departure, arrival stations and passenger information cannot be changed. Please also note that once the tickets been changed, no cancellation and refund are allowed.
4. Cancellation:
   • After the ticket is issued, 10% - 60% of the ticket par value will be charged as the cancellation fee:
   • 10% for cancellations made more than 15 days before departure;
   • 40% for cancellations made 48 hours - 14 days before departure;
   • 60% for cancellations made within 48 hours before departure.
5. ChinaTour360 can cancel the tickets for trains from Mainland to Hong Kong. While for trains from Hong Kong to Mainland, all cancellations should be made by passengers themselves at Hong Kong West Kowloon Station with their passports presented.

1. Chinatour360 is not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect address, receiver's name, or unconfirmed hotel reservation provided by purchasers/passengers, or rejection by the receiver.
