We can safely say that we have no criticisms for any part of the tour, either before, during or after; the benefit of being able to easily tailor aspects of it to our specific needs, such as switching Badaling to Mutianyu, added to the positive experience.
It was also great to be greeted at every airport/station and also seen off at each one by our guide too; as a Westerner, the train station could have been particularly intimidating had it not been for Brian who waited with us and took us on to the train and even showed us to our seats!
If we had one small suggestion for improvement it would be lunch arrangements on the full day in Chengdu, visiting the pandas and Leshan Giant Buddha; admittedly Sissi did give us the option of stopping at a service station, but at the time we did not fully appreciate how long the day would be and also the limited food choices at Leshan did not appeal to us. Possibly a scheduled service station stop regardless, on the way from Chengdu Panda Breeding and Research centre to Leshan Giant Buddha, or a packed lunch provided by the hotel would be beneficial.
All our drivers and guides were of a good standard throughout, but a special mention to Celine in Xi'an who was truly amazing; her knowledge, enthusiasm, attention to detail and spoken English was above and beyond all our expectations!
The service provided by yourself has also been second to none and it was also a lovely surprise to meet you at the family home in Xi'an - a nice gesture that exemplifies the personal attentive service from both yourself and your company throughout.
In summary, Chinatour360, its guides, drivers and staff have been superb and in comparison with other companies we looked at, we feel it offered excellent flexibility and value for money, without sacrificing quality. We would highly recommend you to anyone considering a trip to China. Xièxiè!
