First we were very happy with the itinerary that you planned for us. We really felt like we saw amazing sites that gave us a great overview of the culture. It's hard to pick out the most memorable experiences as they were all great. Definitely one cannot appreciate the Great Wall unless they see it in person. The biggest surprise for us was Guilin, its beauty is hard to describe and it was one of our favorite sites. Also, you (Wendy and Kelly) were very responsive to our questions and I have already recommended your agency to several of my friends. We would definitely use you again. We also had some exceptional guides. Phoebe (Xian) was fluent in English and also extremely knowledgeable about the history of the area. She took us through the museum in Xian and showed us all the highlights so that we got a great overview of the different dynasties. Although we had only brief contact with Sally in Yichang, she was very flexible (we wanted to skip lunch and do some site-seeing). Again, she was very fluent in English and showed us some great sites even though this wasn't on the itinerary. Finally, Alice in Guilin was also outstanding, both in her command of English and her knowledge of the area. Her love of the area was contagious. We liked all of our guides, but these ones were exceptional in our view. As far as improving, our flight was changed one time and also another time our flight got in early. Both times, the guides were not there to meet us. Both guides stated that they had expected to be notified and this hadn't happened. It seems like the communication about flights between the agency and the individual guides could be improved. All things considered, it was only a minor inconvenience.
