Hello Sophie and Abbey, we just returned home last night. Our trip ended on July 6 but we stopped in Istanbul, too, on our way back home. Your services were EXCELLENT. First of all, the choice of hotels in all 3 cities were excellent, both location and services. Days Inn Forbidden City proved to be excellent in serving our needs. We went around by foot. The fact that there was a fridge in the room was just prefect. Days Inn Xi'an was equally good. They replaced the fridge that was out of order immediately and staff was very friendly. The Holiday Inn Express Zhabai was perfect in location, but they did not have a fridge. It was very convenient to take the subway there. Many thanks for arranging early check-in.

Train tickets were very good, too. In all 3 trains, our seats were A and B, or B and C, so we always sat next to a Chinese person and had an opportunity to talk and that was great :)

I think I'll write something for your website soon. We'll keep in touch.

My suggestion to you would be to provide more info about how to get to the hotels, instead of recommending taxi travel. After we discovered how easy the subways were, we took the subway from hotel to North Railway Station in Xi'an for example and in Shanghai, we went around excessively, and on July 5th, in Beijing, again we took the metro to get to the airport very easily. OK, they were crowded, but of course, we were in China !!! :)

We very much appreciate the quick responses and clear instructions given to us.

Each guide was terrific, particularly Harrison and Jacki.

We loved the cruise, I think they thought we were Austrians, not Australians as they put us on the table with Germans, but that turned out well anyway.

We appreciated the freedom that your tours allowed but also appreciated the assistance provided, for instance checking us into the flight at Chongqing.

The supply of bottled water was also very much appreciated.

The City Hotel at Xi'an was in a great position, however was not up to the standards of the other motels we had experienced.

To clarify: when you promote laundry, can you please change it to laundry service available. Most Australians would think laundry meant washing machine and dryer, not an expensive service for pickup and delivery.

We would both be happy to recommend your consultancy.
