Sorry to be a little late in responding as we were trying to adjust our jet-lag.
This was indeed our dream trip and we are so thankful to you for arranging it so well. We cannot thank you enough for the services. The guides and drivers and the local trips in Beijing and Shanghai were so perfectly arranged that we felt pampered at times. The bullet train trip from Beijing to Shanghai and back was extremely enjoyable. Our guide Joseph in Beijing was very nice young man and very respectful at all times, always on time with the driver. In Shanghai, our Guide Echo (I hope I wrote her name correct, I would call Miss Cheng) was very knowledgeable and good in English language and was very helpful for arranging an evening to a Circus show which we enjoyed. The lunch in Shanghai was in a very elegant restaurant, we were impressed. She also gave us shopping tips for our free day in Shanghai.
Back to Beijing, a driver and guide were waiting for us at the train station. The last free day in Beijing was very enjoyable. And off course Joseph was there at the hotel lobby for us to take us to the airport for our trip back home. We were very impressed by the knowledge of our guide Joseph.
I am so happy that I arranged this memorable trip through your company as it was the best trip of our life. We have traveled to Europe and Brazil but trip to China will stay with us for ever. Thank you Thank You..and many thank you.
One comment, which is not a comment but suggestion about the hotel in Shanghai, although very elegant, had very small room with only 2-single beds, with addition of extra bed for our daughter it became very tight. It would be nice if the hotel had a little larger rooms with 2-double beds. As we spent very little time in hotel room so it didn't matter. The breakfast in both the hotels was very good.
Again, thank you as we had great time in China. Where we saw other people with so many people in a group, and we had guide just for our family was so generous and impressive. The private tour like this we could only dream of and was worth of every penny. Thank you.
