Dear Lydia,

All the restaurants' service was great and the environment is perfect. Try everything, especially the fish in garlic sauce.

The trip guide is very helpful and knowledgeable of the places we visited-answered all our questions the best she can. Our hutong guide is very passionate as well in what she does.

We like how the car was kept clean and with available water everyday. The driver's service is also great.

The hotel is clean with satisfactory breakfast, the only comment we had is the bed, it is not so comfortable, a little hard for us.

We would like to compliment selina, our driver and our hutong guide for a well arranged and comfortable tour. Keep it up.

I really love my trip. Many thanks for all your attention and support.

Everything was almost perfect. Just two points that I recommend you to improve: first of all, I love Chinese food but the breakfast served in all hotels was very heavy. You should recommend the hotel to make it lighter with fruits and yogurts. Another thing that I would improve is the drive service in Shanghai. During all January 17 (Friday) the driver was not kind and nice as the drivers in Xian and Beijing.

All the guides gave me time and space to fill up the form. Although, I forgot the Shanghai form in the car and I did not fill it up. The guide in Shanghai was very helpful and presented a good knowledge of every highlight that we had been.

I enjoyed all restaurants that I had been but in the family house I had the best meal in China. Congratulations for the cook and many thanks. I hope I go back to your country and use your service again.
