Overall I am satisfied with the way you has organized the tours.

The organization is good. All documents, train tickets were received in time, the guides were on time, the transportation/cars were comfortable and everything that was described in the itinerary was also in the tour.

I especially was very satisfied with your responsiveness and the speed and accuracy with which you answered our mails with requests and questions. It made it easier for us to organize our vacation in China.

Are there no things for improvement? May be we were spoiled because we stayed in the Raffles hotel in Beijing, but the hotel in Chengde is (in our opinion) not a 4-star hotel, but less. For one night this not a problem but I would suggest to offer to potential clients a better alternative for the 2- day trip to Chengde.

All In all we were very satisfied with the service you provided and for us the key words for describing your company are responsiveness and reliability.

Dear Ms. Meng and Ms. Fang,

We enjoyed our trip to China and appreciate the assistance provided by your company. All of the guides and drivers were competent and reliable. They were able to enhance our visit with additional information and by ensuring a good use of the time allotted for each location we visited. Of the four guides, Vivian in Chengdu was exceptionally helpful in providing answers to our questions and ensuring our wishes were followed.

We especially enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Chengdu Oriental Plaza. The other hotels were also acceptable. However the New Jiuzhai Hotel did not always have sufficient hot water for showers and was unable to accommodate a request for forks to use in eating a meal.

Of the attractions we visited, the Panda Research Base in Chengdu and the Jiuzhaigou Valley were especially enjoyable.
