Hello Sophie and Kelly,

We would like to report most favorably on our stay in Beijing and the services you provided for us.

From the time they met us at the airport, Sunny and the driver ( we called him Mr. Driver), were always very friendly and easy to talk to, and were most helpful. Jan especially appreciated this as I was unwell and not able to accompany them on most of the tours. We thought our driver was excellent too.

The hotel and meals there were very good, as were the ones in the restaurants you arranged.

The whole stay in Beijing was excellently set up by you two ladies with helpful correspondence whilst we were still in Australia.

We would have no hesitation in strongly recommending your company to anyone planning a trip to China.

Dear Sophie/Abbey,

Just to let you know that we were very pleased with our recent trip to China. In Beijing our guide, Selina, and our driver, Wang, were excellent and professional. We highly recommend Selina as a guide. They made our time in Beijing memorable and enjoyable. The Holiday Inn accommodation and staff were great. In Shanghai, our guides Wilson and Claudio were great, as well as driver, Jim. The Grand Mercure accommodation and staff were great.

The people and sights of China were wonderful. Although traffic in the big cities was chaotic, our drivers handled it well. We will definitely tell our friends to go with your company when they plan theirs trips next year.

Thank you for the email. The trip was excellent. By far the best tour I've had in all trips I've made. I really liked how fast you answered the emails and made all the necessary arrangements. Even with the flight delay, it was perfect. The service is really great!

The private guide is really an excellent idea. I've made other trips that were in bigger groups and they weren't as memorable as this one. The guide (Mr. Jack) was very kind and had a lot of information to share. It was overall really great. I really enjoyed the locations that we visited and the extra time for shopping on the locations.

At first, I was kinda worried that it wouldn't be so good. But within the first minute, I realized it was gonna be really awesome. I would like to recommend Mr. Jack to everyone. I would love to do other travel with you if I go back to China.

One suggestion I have to add: our vacation started at noon, so the first thing that we did was have lunch. Lunch was really great, but in my opinion it would be better if the guide were with us during lunch and shared information about the local food. We ate well, but the tour wasn't with us during lunch.
