Thank you for the impeccable service. I appreciate your prompt and courteous response to all my queries. Below are my thoughts:

1) Driver
He could speak very little English so we didn't talk to him much. It would have been nice if he could speak and understand English a little better so we could have asked him more questions or talked to him more. But other than that, he was very friendly and helpful. He drove carefully and made us feel at ease with his driving. He also gave us a bottle of water each day.

2) Guide
Our guide Harry was very friendly. He quickly made us feel at home. Aside from facts and trivia about the places we visited, he also shared with us information about culture and life in China. Another thing I appreciated was that he patiently took our pictures the entire time. Since there were only 2 of us, it would have been hard for us to take pictures together had Harry not offered to take our pictures.

3) Car
The car that took us around was clean and comfortable. We have no complaints.

4) Meals
We were very pleased with all the restaurants we were taken to for lunch. The budget allotment was also very generous.

5) Hotel
The Days Inn was comfortable and clean. However, the wifi was a bit spotty. There were a lot of occasions when we would suddenly lose the connection. Also, we could only connect one device at a time. We could not connect our devices all at the same time.

As a whole, you made our trip worry-free. I would recommend you to other friends, the same way that my friend recommended you to me.
