I am back from holiday.
Overall we are happy with your tour. The guide Ekram was helpful, knowledgeable, caring and had good English in command. What we expected in this trip was to see different part of China, Xinjiang. We accomplished that. Thank you.
Other thing that we wanted to do, although it wasn't on itinerary, was interaction with local people (beside shopping and eating).
When he volunteered to get some Naan bread for us and my husband followed him, he had the best time in this trip. He was able to see local market, feel it and get the bread that we have been asking for. He filmed a short video and took some photos. Then he felt quite happy about coming this far.
Adding to that, on our last night in Urumqi, my husband and I went out side of hotel and looked around local neighborhood. We tasted some fruits and bought a whole Hami melon for souvenir. That was fantastic. A nice touch like this would make a lot of difference in static trip of "being there and done that". It would be nice if a customer can request such a local experience on a tour menu.
Other thing to mention is that all sight seeing spots have been covered, but in slightly in different schedule. It has been planned to see 3 spots on each day, but pushed 5 in one day. We did not get any explanation of that. We just followed.
