We were met immediately at the airport when we arrive in Chongqing and our guide, John, treated us very well and was informative. And made sure are arrangements on the boat were correct and provided us with extra water bottles of water for the cruise. When leaving the boat in Yichang our guide, Qin, met us promptly and took us to have lunch. He also was very polite and entertained us with his poetry which we found to be both beautiful and enlightening. The drivers were also very good.

We encountered no problems while on this tour.

Service was good and the crew treated us well. Only issue I had was the rug in our room could have been cleaner other wise the room service was very good.

Dear Kelly & Sophie,

I may summarise my comments on our recent tour in China as follows:

(1) Your team providing 24/7 service by email has been excellent. The efficiency of the service was outstanding.

(2) Meals are generally good although some dishes are not entirely to our taste, but this is a rather personal thing. One meal at Guilin is above average, but I do not remember the name of the restaurant. The guide, Ms Liu, would know.

(3) Among the guides, Ms Liu, who accompanied us in Guilin/Longsheng/Yangshuo, is particularly outstanding. She not only knew her work very well, spoke good English, was very efficient, and very punctual, but went out of her way on many occasions to make our trip comfortable and enjoyable. For example, she had to deal with the staff of the Green Lotus Hotel at Yangshuo in order to secure for us a non-smoking room. Most other guides would not bother.

Thank you very much once again. I will certainly have no hesitation to recommend your company to my friends who wish to visit China.
