Your organization performance was excellent. No mistake, just a small misunderstanding about the hotel location, but it was my fault not to have given you proper specifications about the type of area where I wished to lodge. See below.

Your guide service did fulfill her task very well indeed, in every way. I would be happy to see her again. The driver was diligent, and the car was in order.

This is the only remark I wished I did not have to do. I did not like the hotel location. I mean, the hotel room quality etc. was fine, but the hotel area was not what I expected. It was too far from anywhere, just beside a cement spider web of highways, bridges, large roads, with nowhere to go in the evening. It was not in a downtown neighborhood which I had imagined. Well, it was my fault, because I was in a hurry and I did not specify my request with details about the hotel location.

Also, it was snowing and very cold, and of course not the best season for touring there. But I have learned.

We were happy with the meals restaurants and service.

Both our guides were very knowledgeable and spoke good English. We learnt a lot about Chinas History. We enjoyed the company of both guides.

Both drivers were great there skills in the traffic made our trip that much more relaxing.

Both Hotels were up to standard good breakfast and service.
