Please see my comments below.

All the guides in shanghai and Hangzhou were hospitable and very helpful. And the drivers and cars were clean and respectful.

The hotels were very well arranged and were as expected.

The breakfast in the hotels were ok. The one meal I had was a lunch preparation at a fancy Chinese restaurant. The restaurant was ok. But since I was taking the Yuyuan garden tour that day it would have been better if the lunch was at that famous Chinese restaurant at Yuyuan Garden.

I would like your website readers to know that the arrangements you made for me were all spot on. You answered all my email queries within the same day and even when you were on China national holiday. The requested train tickets were as requested in my emails to you prior to my arrival. You placed me on the right train, on the right schedule and on the right class. This trip required me to be on a business meet in a city outside Shanghai. The train station was quite busy but your guides got me to the right waiting room and met me at the platform on time. Thank you.

Thank you both for helping answer my questions and arranging my tour. I think you are doing a great job in the trip you provided me and also taking the time to get feedback from your customers and make improvements.

I thought overall the meals were good. My least favorite was breakfast at hotel in Xi'an. All guides were very good. Gloria in Beijing was my favorite - she is really a special person.

Beijing - perfect/ did not attend kung fu show - I personally would take that off the visit as most of the people in my group who went said they fell asleep. I think everyone is suffering from jet lag on the first day.

Xi'an - skip dumpling dinner. Provide more opportunity to explore city wall or other cultural site. I felt we rushed to get to dumpling dinner and could have had a little more time to do something else.

River cruise - excellent except last day. My group did not like spending a day in Yichang. Is it possible to get future groups on an earlier flight to shanghai in order to experience shanghai more or stay on the river boat - Yichang really had nothing to offer.

Shanghai - ok but one more day there would be great. I stayed with friends after tour ended so enjoyed more of that city on my own.

All in all, you exceeded my expectations as this trip were really awesome!

I wish you continued good luck with your business and hopefully I will have a chance to visit again.
