Dear Emily and Nicole,

We had a great trip, all was very well organized and the guides and drivers did a great job. We would use your company again and recommend it.

The flexibility of having a small tour fit our needs perfectly. The local knowledge of each of the guides smoothed our passage and provided a living history in a modern context. They were also flexible to our timing and needs with a great service attitude.

The guides worked hard and put our needs first. They had a good relationship with the drivers and the two clearly work as a well oiled team. We were very grateful to the drivers for their ability to master the traffic in each locale, which was an entertainment in itself. We would probably single out Frank for his exceptional attitude and service.

We would not return to the New Bravo hotel in Xian, it is worn out. The best meal was an accident on our first lunch in Xian.

I have addressed the points.

1. Group size was perfect and I felt the amount of time spent at each sight was sufficient.

2. Meals were good and plentiful. The tour guides chose well.

3. All guides spoke fantastic English. Knowledge of local sights was very good. Very entertaining on the bus and a lot of enthusiasm.

4. Bus was always clean and tidy, however sometimes when returning from a tour the bus would smell strongly of cigarette smoke.

5. Hotels are fantastic but hotel in Beijing in a poor location. Far from city centre and not many restaurants nearby to try local food.

6. Would appreciate a copy of all the photographs taken of our group emailed out.

Thank you and I will definitely consider your tour group again and will recommend you to all my friends.
