Hi Linda and Lydia.

First of all I want to thank you for a wonderful experience. China is a beautiful country with very much to offer and we enjoyed a lot our visit.

The arrangements were all adequate and we had no problems at all. I must very much congratulate you for the coordination because everything happened as planned and we are very grateful.

I will now make several comments about the trip and the service of several providers included in our tour, as in my opinion, many may be improved. I fully understand this does not involve the travel agency. Just for the record and for you to consider.

Meals:
Meals were generally good. Except for those in Beijing and Xian, especially our first meal in Beijing which occurred in a nice place as for the environment and decoration but food was not good at all. One thing that we noticed is that in several places the menus had been arranged. We preferred the strict a la carte option and selected the dishes on our own with the guides’ help which worked better for us. As we traveled to the south food improved enormously and in last stop food was fabulous! I guess this is how it goes with Chinese food.

Guides:
Guides were always in very good disposition and very nice. Specially Li in Hangzhou and Wendy in Guilin. We noticed guides are very young and sometimes inexperienced but they always have very good disposition, they were helpful and attempt. I think that in some cases their English is more fluent and they know all the answers like Walden in Xian, the guide in Chongqing and in Shanghai and in some other cases like guide in Suzhou, she has trouble with information and her English was not good.

Drivers and cars:
Drivers were very good in all sites. Cars were some times better than others but generally good.

Hotels:
Beijing: Hotel was OK but old. Breakfast was good.

Xian: Hotel was nice, breakfast was very good.

Shanghai: Hotel was excellent. Very nice! Breakfast was very good.

Suzhou: Hotel was excellent. Very nice! Breakfast was very good also.

Hangzhou: Hotel was poor. Something is wrong with Crown Plaza. Quality has come down. Also location was terrible. I would not pick this hotel again at all. Breakfast was Ok.

Guilin: Hotel was nice but old. I understand there are no other options of western hotels in Guilin but needs to be improved. Breakfast was good.

HongKong: Hotel was nice with excellent view because we asked for an upgrade and paid more. Breakfast was good.

In relation for the time spent in each site, I feel planning was fine. I would have liked more time in Shanghai. I feel I missed a lot of this wonderful city and there are lots to be seen besides the traditional sites.

Finally, I think you did an excellent job! We are very happy with our trip and we will hopefully visit China in the future and contact you again.

We just wanted to thank you for an excellent stay in Xi'an. My friends and I were impressed with the efficiency of the service, and we loved the tour guide you gave us! She was cheery, had a great personality, was friendly, amicable and very knowledgeable! We were thoroughly impressed. We also wanted to thank you for helping us obtain cheaper tickets to the show at our hotel that night, it was enjoyable. The meals were incredible, and we could not have asked for better. Thank you so much for the shirts, they are wonderful!

Our one complaint is with the final restaurant that we went to. On Sunday, we had lunch at the restaurant were we got the awesome shirts from your company. While the food itself was excellent, the service was terrible, and it made us waste so much time such that our time at the grand mosque afterwards was minimised and had to be rushed so that we would catch our train back on time.

That restaurant is our only complaint. Everything else was perfect, and I will definately be recommending your service to my friends, and I will be using it at some point in the future.
