I am extremely impressed with your organization. The tours coordinated were outstanding. They were consistent with what you had committed to and were even better than I expected in most cases. I would recommend your company to anyone I knew that was going to China.

We had two different guides during our trip. Most of our time was spent with Sonny. Sonny was incredible!! He got to know us during the trip, and he really customized the trip for what our interests were. His English was outstanding, he was incredibly knowledgeable about every site we visited and he was extremely thorough in making sure we saw all the things we wanted to see. He was well prepared for the visit in that he knew many things about our home country to compare to what he was talking about in Chinese history. He is really a top notch guide. I was very pleased and do not think we could have had a better guide than Sonny. We felt lucky to have him.

In Xi'an our guide was Lucky. Lucky was very polite and nice, and he did a good job of making sure we hit all the spots we were supposed to see. However, he was not as knowledgeable as Sonny about the areas we were visiting. We had a nice time in Xi'an; however, Lucky needs to continue to improve his skills and overall professionalism. I will say that the day with Lucky, it was pouring rain in Xi'an. Therefore, he was managing that aspect of the visit as well. He did a good job of making sure we saw everything in spite of the rain, but we certainly wished we had someone more like Sonny on that day.

Our driver in Beijing on most days was Bai. He was exceptional. He was always where he was supposed to be, was a very safe and careful driver and the car was always very clean. The driver we had in Xi'an was also good. He did not speak any English, but he was a very safe driver in some kind of nasty rain. The car was very clean.

The meals arranged were outstanding!! We really enjoyed the mall restaurant on day one. The food was superb there. The lunch in Xi'an was quite good. It had been raining a lot that day for us so it was nice to go to a clean, well-kept restaurant that was warm and had great food. We also really enjoyed the restaurant in Beijing on the Great Wall day. Even though the food was pre-selected for us on this date, we really liked it. I was very surprised at how great the food was on these tours.

Overall, we were very pleased with our service with your company.

Dorina was excellent. Spoke very good English and was fun to be with. She stayed and helped us order lunch and took care of us every step of the way.

Driver's service was great, car clean, and quite professional.

You removed all my fears of booking through an online service. You communicated frequently and professionally. Our guide in country was excellent: on time, spoke excellent English, and was very knowledgeable. Our tour of the Forbidden City and the Great Wall was Fantastic! Thank you!
