Dear Emily,

Thank you very much for the mail. We have arrived safely to Korea with lot of nice memories.

Well, first of all I would like to like extend my gratitude for the overall nice arrangement made for us.

1) Your organization is really doing a great service to the tourist. But as soon as we arrived in the airport we could not find our tour guide at the arrival area. She had written our names on the placard with some pen/pencil. It was so easy to miss her out. I am not blaming here the tour guide but I feel that she was not professional enough. Soon one arrives one should have a very pleasant experience right?

2) For the next two days guide (Sunny) was a very kind and friendly. She really worked towards making our trip more meaningful. We really liked her knowledge and attitude.

3) Taxi driver was a very pleasant person. Very hygienic and cool. Taxi was very clean. We liked his service.

4) We enjoyed the meals arranged by you. Thank you.

5) Hotel was excellent. For hygiene and service we give full marks. Breakfasts were also well.

6) I can suggest one thing that, as you know we are vegetarians, we struggled to find dinner for us. We could not locate hotels with vegetarian stuffs. It would be great if you provide dinner too (optional). Especially for Indians, who don't eat meat.

7) For your website: You made us feel at home during china tour. Services provided for us were excellent. A la carte lunch was really delicious. great sight seeing experience with knowledgeable English speaking tour guides...Overall we are back home with a lot of delighting memories...thank you for everything...

Hi Linda and Lydia,

1. Because of language difficulties, our guide Zhen ordered the two meals on following days and they were to give us a taste of genuine Chinese meals--he put a lot of effort into selecting the meals and there was an ample amount and a varied selection. Perhaps the amount of food was too large for us Australians.

We are not used to such traditional Chinese food and inclusion of more western type food would be preferable, perhaps more like Chinese food in Australia which we thoroughly enjoy. However this is not to criticize Zhen who did a good job in selecting the food range.

2. Zhen was very genuine and knowledgeable and his language and offering relevant knowledge at all times was excellent - he freely offered information and also answered any questions we had at any time.

His knowledge of the places visited was sound and we enjoyed his guiding.

3. Mr. Wu the driver maintained a clean vehicle and drove us safely at all times. He was prompt in arrangement organized by Zhen.

4. The hotel was excellent and we enjoyed our stay there and wandering around the markets and stalls in the area.

5. Zhen was very helpful and a good guide during our tour in Shanghai. We enjoyed the trip and would recommend such a tour to our friends and relations.
