China Tour Reviews

Dear Wendy,

Please accept my sincere thanks for arranging such a nice trip for my family in China. You really made our holiday a "dream come true". o:p>

My comments are as under:-

1.GROUP-

Our group included 4 different nationalities (India/USA/New Zealand and Australia)but we never had any problem in mixing up or communicating with the group. None of us had any problem. The time provided to us for sightseeing was adequate at all places except that the visit to City Wall/Wild Goose Pagoda in Xian could have been arranged in the morning as it was too hot in the afternoon.

2.MEALS-

The meals were very good and with different tastes and it made us fall in love with the Chinese Food. Particularly we being vegetarians, our dietary requirements were very well taken care of. The restaurants were decent and the ambience was pleasant. The lunch on day 3 in Beijing in one Mall (I forgot the name of the restaurant)was the best in my opinion.

3.GUIDES-

Gloria (Beijing), Tracy (Xian) and Alice (Guilin) were excellent guides and they exceeded our expectations. They have pleasant personality and know their job very well. They are professional and assertive. Their English was acceptable; knowledge of the places was excellent. They went out of the way to explain the things to us or help us whenever we required. It is difficult for me to rate them one better than other. They are your real assets. If at all I have to choose from them, I will give slightly more marks to Gloria who is more experienced than the other two. We were provided complete privacy to fill the feedback form.

4.DRIVERS and CARS-

All the drivers had a smiling face and were very competent in job. But we did not have much interaction with them. They always kept the buses clean and provided adequate drinking water which was so essential in summer.

5.HOTELS-

All the hotels were excellent and room hygiene was good. The breakfast was too good. We never had any problem in any hotel.

6.In fact all the guides deserve compliments which are true ambassadors of your Company.

The most memorable event in the tour was the Li River Cruise and visit to farmer's house in Yangshuo.

I will have no hesitation in recommending your Company for anyone who intends to visit China. I have in fact already recommended to my friends.
