Please be advised that my tour group had thoroughly enjoyed our tour arranged by your company. The service provided from the time I communicated with you, our reception at the airport, the tour itself and our departure was exemplary and to our complete satisfaction. As you were aware, two of my sisters were taken ill on the second day of the tour and your tour guide Ms. Gloria was most helpful - brought us to a local pharmacy and helped us to buy medication for them. Whilst we were on tour without my two sisters who had to stay back because they needed to rest, Gloria called them from time to time to check on their condition. Gloria and the driver were very helpful, pleasant and very professional. Please convey my most sincere appreciation to Ms. Gloria.

The restaurant arranged for our lunch was excellent - thanks again to Ms. Gloria for arranging the excellent lunches we had thoroughly enjoyed. The bus arranged for us was in a very good state, clean and pleasant. Please convey our appreciation to your staff for a job well done and more importantly done with a very pleasant attitude.

As I have stated earlier, I was attracted to your company because I find your company to be business friendly and very professional. Now that I have experienced your friendly, pleasant and professional service, I have no hesitation seeking your company's services again should I arrange another holiday tour in China in the future. The tour we booked was customized to our liking and really exceeded our expectations.

The restaurants chosen were excellent. The Xi He Ya Ju Restaurant's garden and Peking duck choice was a must. The Schoolhouse setting and environment is beautiful. I cannot choose between the two they were both outstanding.

Our guide Ken was very knowledgeable and offered ample explanations. He was exceptional, courteous, punctual, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to our friends for their future Beijing trip. He knew his history well and gave us a feel of the city.

The driver was courteous. Opened and closed car doors for us. Dropped us and picked us up on time, coordinated well with the guide. We did not have to wait. Bottled water was provided daily.
