Thank you very much for you guidance, in average it was OK, and we spent nice time in China.

The meals were very good, the restaurants you have chosen were very nice, only in Guilin the meal in the boat was not good, but you already warned us and we were prepared so did not face any problems. Since we are Muslim, we mainly choose beef and chicken dishes with vegetables, and all we have eaten were very delicious, so I can say overall that the restaurant and meals were excellent.

The language and knowledge of guides was OK, but if you want me to make a comparison between the guides in BEIJING, XIAN and GUILIN, I have to tell you that, the tour guide in Beijing was EXCELLENT and we were very happy with his attitude, knowledge and help. The tour guide in XIAN was GOOD, which was also OK. However the tour guide in Guilin was between FAIR to POOR. The English was perfect at all three guides.

The car in Beijing was excellent and very clean also the driver was very kind and nice. In Xian it was clean enough and driver was OK. In Guilin the car was not very new, and very comfortable.

So overall we had a good impression about your TOUR, Especially the travel guide in Beijing was EXCELLENT, and thanks once again for his help and service.

Sorry for the late reply.

I'm impressed with the flawless tour organization. Right from the beginning to end, everything was so well organized and taken care of which made our tour very pleasant and satisfying experience for us.

The guide - John, had a pleasing attitude, very friendly and knowledgeable about the places we visited. He not only showed us the places but also explained their significance to us and also guided us on how and what to do and what to take care of.

Examples: I had a bad leg before coming to the tour and he advised me where to be careful on the path we followed.

The driver's attitude was also good and the vehicle was great and always kept clean and warm for us.

The meals were fabulous. We had specified our preference and John took great care of that.

Thanks for your valuable service. We look forward to tour with you again!
