In response to you request below we would to comment on our time spent with one of your guides and drivers.
1. All meals and restaurants arranged during our daily tours were of high quality offering an excellent selection of food. To determine if any particular restaurants food that stood out, the short answer is no. However we did enjoy the school house due to its environment but the other restaurants were very good quality.
2. The guide provided (Doreena) was a very caring person who gave consideration to the age of myself and my husband and took great care to ensure that we were comfortable during our travel and walking seeing the sites. Doreena had very good control of the English language and excellent knowledge of the various sites visited.
3. As previously stated Doreena had very good knowledge of the areas visited and was able to present that knowledge clearly and concisely.
4. At the conclusion of the arranged tours a feedback form was provided for completion. After that form was completed an envelope was provided for the form and my husband signed over the seal for delivery to the guide’s office.
5. The driver supplied (Mr. Bi) was given the task to drive us to the various points of interest on our schedule. He clearly demonstrated his ability as a driver and we felt very safe in his care. He provided excellent service and showed he was a gentle caring man. The car provided was always spotlessly clean.
6. The hotel we stayed in for our 5 nights was not one provided by your company but conversation with your guide indicated that your company would have recommended a hotel that we were familiar with such as Novetel Peace. The hotel we stayed in (The Harmony) was arranged by our travel agent and was the only downside to our brief visit to Beijing.
7. From the experience with your company we have no hesitation in recommending you to our friends with particular comments to the fantastic service provided by your guide and driver Doreena and Mr. Bi. We also have no issues in you publishing our comments.
Once again thank you for the tours provide they gave us a very memorable stay in Beijing.
