The Overall picture of our tour was very satisfied and the arrangement for everything was good especially transportations from one city to the others and the locations of the hotel in each city were good.
In general, the meals arranged for us were okay but it would have been more satisfaction for us if there was a soupy dish along with two other dry dishes for every meals etc. The services and environment in the restaurants were alright. We would recommend a meal (lunch) on the first day (26 Feb) in Xian, after visiting Terra Cotta Warriors Museum. The breakfast in Beijing, Xian and Shanghai were alright, we got the good services from dining staff.
All drivers and their cars condition were good.
A young guide in Luoyang was very enthusiastic. She knew her job and she was knowledgeable, active, lively, and very willingly helpful. She had an excellent service mind though she had to work under very tight schedule and bad weather conditions. Our flight from Luoyang to Shanghai was delayed and she was there to make sure that the flight was definitely taking off and waited for us to check in and then only she headed back for her home alone which we were sure was far away. This guide made our tour in Luoyang a memorable one.
We are definitely going to use your services again in the future; we will be making plans for our visits to the Amazing China again. Appreciate your service and quick and informative correspondent very much.
