Hi Anny,

We were really happy with all the services. Lili and the driver is very helpful, really concern about our satisfaction. There are some places we would like to see and it was not on our itinerary, but both Lili and the driver were willing to deliver us to the place and explain the information about the place. We are satisfied with the knowledge and the answers.

We love the meal arrangements, especially when Lili found out our taste is more too local taste, but with not too salty. She helps to arrange this for our meals. The service and environment is very good, very clean.

I just arrived back from my trip. I had every intention of contacting you to tell you how happy I was with all your arrangements & the service of your local guide & driver.

Every aspect of your organization was handled professionally from my very first contact with you.

The guide, Carol was a wonderful, kind, helpful & very knowledgeable with a good command of English. She made the visit a treat!

The driver was courteous & processional, the car was clean & comfortable & water was provided.

I want to thank you all again for making my stay in Xian one of the highlights of my trip & I will certainly be recommending your company to anyone I know who is visiting China.
