First of all, thank you for arranging the wonderful trip to Harbin for us. We totally enjoyed the trip and had the life-time experience of what we had experienced!

To answer what you asked for the overall evaluation:-

(1) Your tour organization is 5 stars.

(2) The guide's (Eric Liguo Liu) service attitude was excellent - courteous and knowledgeable.

(3) The driver's service attitude was excellent - most attentive - especially when we we were getting in and out of the vehicle since we both had back problem and our movements are slow. He always reminded us to be careful and take our time. The vehicle was indeed kept very clean.

(4) The meals which you arranged were fine.

Dear Carol/Kelly,

Overall, food provided for breakfast and lunches are fine. Breakfasts at hotels were good including environment. The recommendations from each of the guide for our dinners were very good. We had good times at all the recommended restaurants in Kunming, Lijiang and Shangri-La.

All 3 guides whom we had were very good. They were friendly, knowledgeable and hardworking. We liked all 3 of them - Nancy, Steven and Lisa. They had good English-speaking communication skills. We understood them.

As for the driver in Lijiang and Shangri-La - we liked him. He was a careful driver and knowledgeable about the places we visited. I think his car should be changed to a better quality as it is a long journey from Lijiang to Shangri-La. A better-conditioned car would be safe for the guests and also good for the driver to drive well. As for the last driver in Kunming, March 23 and 24 - he is good and patient. Careful with his driving skills. It was too bad that we did not have him on our first stay in Kunming.

Hotels in Kunming, Lijiang and Shangri-La are overall good except for Wangfu Hotel in Lijiang. Location is good for Lijiang but rooms did not have heating until 7 pm.

Carol and Kelly, our travel consultants are very professional and prompt in their dealings with online enquiries. As this was our first time engaging a China-based online travel agency, it was a very pleasant surprise that all went well and according to schedule.
