Dear Anny,

The meals are good. I have all Chinese food with 2 meat and 1 vegetable for all 3 days. I will recommend CHIANG NAN MANSION, the meal are good and with some entertainment.

My guide, Linda, was very professional and knowledgeable, her attitude and language was good. She is very pro-active, willing offer information and very approachable. She is excellent! I will highly recommend her to all my friends.

The car is clean and my Driver, Mr. Wang was excellent, polite and has very good driving skill. I felt safe and comfortable.

I would like to compliment the guide for her professionalism and knowledge and the driver for his patience and comfortable and safe driving skill. Thank you for everything.

We had a great time on your tour! Thank you very much.

In general we were quite happy with the meals that we were served. The environment in all of the restaurants was good. The service at the restaurant we had lunch at the last day was very slow. Our guide noticed this and she was likely more unhappy about it than we were. Our favorite meal was the Peking duck on the first evening. We had never had it before and we really enjoyed it.

Our guide was knowledgeable and helpful. Their English skills were very good. Our driver was very courteous. The van was comfortable and clean. We were happy with the hotel. The breakfast was of good quality.
