I am pleased to reply to your survey and hope you will find my comments constructive.

Firstly, I would say the Radisson in Shanghai is an excellent choice for tourists. The hotel services, breakfasts and rooms are excellent. The only negative is the absence of a nice lobby bar you find in other nice hotels. The location is perfect. We walked to the Bund and the proximity of the walking street and the park is perfect.

Our guide, David, in Shanghai was the best. English was excellent and willingness to help very good. Although he was only with us for one day he left his number in case we needed help during the rest of our stay.

Finally, our guide for the Watertown was very professional and English was good.

On behalf of all of us I say special thanks for the train tickets Xian-Chongqing that you helped us to purchase, otherwise we wouldn't have been able to come on board and hence would have missed the cruise.

We had a remarkable cruise and a really good time on Yangtze Paradise board. Everything went smoothly and well-organized.
