The meals were great. The environment and service of restaurant was great for the first two but the service wasn't so great at the third place as the food wasn't as good either. Our favorite meal is the second place we went.

Our guide Anna was excellent! She seemed very educated. I was very happy that we had Anna as our guide. I felt very comfortable with her and she was very knowledgeable with the history. The driver always polite and seemed happy to drive us.

Room was very nice, breakfast was good and room was serviced well.

I would prefer not to give my email address out and I haven't downloaded any pictures yet. Thank you for everything, it was a pleasant experience.

The buffet on the Li River Cruise was adequate. The second day's meal at the hotel was very good. It was nice to get a variety of food. I would have liked to have a traditional Chinese meal, but what we had was very good. The restaurant was very clean and the servers were good.

Our guide was very knowledgeable about all the places that we visited. She was very nice and was very willing to help us in any way and answer any questions to the best of her ability. Her English was very good and was relatively easy to understand. It was also very helpful for her to pick us up at the airport in a strange city where we didn't speak the language and English wasn't as prevalent. The driver was very nice and I felt he was a good driver. The car was always very clean. Also, to have a tour guide and a driver during the whole trip made things much easier and flow smoothly.

The Sheraton hotel was very clean and the hotel staff was very helpful. I thought the hotel was a bit loud because of the openness of the lobby. Also, the smell from the restaurant in the middle of the hotel was a bit much. The food at the restaurant was sufficient.

Overall, our Li River Tour and our stay in Guilin and Yangshuo was a highlight of our trip to China. The Li River was absolutely beautiful and I would recommend the cruise to everyone! Our short time in Yangshuo was also very nice, and it was quite interesting to see the farmers home and was very grateful to that family to allow us into their home so openly. The Reed Flute Cave was also a highlight of the trip! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the caves and the scenery was beautiful.

While I was researching this tour beforehand, the staff was very prompt to answer my emails and was very helpful in accommodating our requests. The hotel that was included was neat and clean, and in a great, central location.

Overall, I would recommend this tour and this tour company to anyone! It really made our stay easy and enjoyable! Thanks for everything!
