First of all, I would like to give you my highest evaluation for the excellent organization of the tour, being in line for 24 hours always helpful and patient. Thank you VERY MUCH. I appreciate you professionalism and kindness.
Also, I have an Internet blog and will recommend your agency to my friends though it.
1. Meals:
All meals were quite good. But when I do traveling, I would like to taste local cuisine rather than westernized food. So the lunch in Chinese restaurant at day 2d (July 02) was the best for me. Buffet at the hotel was very good as well.
2. Guides.
All guides spoke good English. There was no any problem in communication. I want to send my special thanks to my guide in Beijing (Ken) who gave me a lot of information about all the places we have visited. And moreover, we had very interesting discussions about philosophy and cultural influence of China in the whole Asia. I was impressed by his knowledge in many areas, far beyond than that required for his duties. He is an interesting person, well-educated and kind-natured.
Also, a girl who took me to a Hutong tour at day 1 (July 01) was very nice and professional, with excellent English and impressive knowledge of the subject. I am afraid I do not remember her nickname, probably Vivien.
3. Drivers and cars.
Our driver was professional and his car was clean. No problem with this, very satisfactory.
4. Hotel.
Very nice. No complains. Good breakfast, excellent service.
