Sorry for the delay in responding, as we have been quite busy following our return last month.

Brigid and I were very pleased with our trip and would like to thank you for all the planning and arrangements you made. It was a memorable and exciting journey. Everything went smoothly throughout the trip. We never had to worry about transportation since the guides and drivers were always on time and knew how to get around as efficiently as possible. Each of our five tour guides were very knowledgeable and proud to show off their home cities. They each had excellent English skills (better than we expected) and very engaging personalities. They were also very flexible in accommodating our preferences, giving us suggestions for our free time and in answering all our questions.

We would especially like to thank Helen in Xi'an for bringing Brigid a wonderful birthday cake and for sharing so much with us. Also, Yvonne in Guilin deserves special thanks for having to wait till almost midnight to pick us up from the airport after our flight was delayed about four hours. We were also very pleased to have Tsam share her pride in Tibet and were impressed that she was fluent in three languages at such a young age. Brian in Beijing was fun to be with and was very diligent in making sure we got to the airport in time for our flight to Lhasa. Ting Ting in Shanghai was also very gracious and helpful. Helen, Yvonne and Tsam were especially knowledgeable and helpful in giving us food suggestions.

We were very happy with all of the hotels and the breakfasts were very high quality, especially in Beijing and Shanghai. We appreciated having upper story rooms and the views at the Renaissance in Shanghai were excellent. We also enjoyed each of the shows that you arranged and the seats were all near front and center.

We have traveled quite a bit internationally but this was the first time we have used a tour company to help plan and organize a trip. We were a little anxious about how it would go, but we very impressed with the professionalism and quality of your service and would definitely recommend you to others. We felt like we got a lot of value for our money and were pleased to be able to tour on our schedule as a couple.

Sorry just reply you by today since I was back from Singapore

In Beijing we like all the meal arrangement; we can enjoy all the food. Especially we like meal at Tuesday.

All the guides offer the feedback questionnaire to us, and also they have knowledge about the visited sites. They can explain and answer our questions. Driver and Car is ok.

In Beijing and Pingyao all hotels are ok, the room hygiene. Only in Friday we didn't have to get our breakfast in Hotel since we just arrive in Beijing around 9 am (Our schedule From Taiyuan to Beijing at 10.00 pm).

We are very please with your arrangement especially. In My Birthday (31 August'2011) in Pingyao, your guide with us until dinner and she help to arrange our dinner in one restaurant and also she help us to buy "Traditional China Opera" ticket at this restaurant, so we can enjoy Our dinner and watching the opera show. Even all this charges is our own cost but that's very surprise for me.

And also thanks for the birthday cake. It's birthday surprise for me.
