The environment and service of the restaurants was very good and very comfortable. The meals arranged were ok for vegetarian. With a-la carte, we enjoyed the meals much much more as we were able to choose the dishes we wished to eat and we were able to liaise with our tour guide to ask the restaurant if they could cook certain dishes omitting the meat. The best meal we had was the a la carte lunch meal in Xi'an at the hotel.

All guides were very good with their knowledge of the local history. All could answer our questions and tell us about the history in each place. Drivers were very very good. All were very helpful and clean. Some opened doors for us.

The breakfasts were all very good, very wide range. Hotel service was clean. The first bit of running water in the bath taps in the Xi'an hotel did run brown for a couple of seconds. However, generally the water was clear and we did not feel the need to raise complaint.

We would like to pay special compliments to our guide in Chongqing. Although our visit was very brief (only a few hours), she made our visit very welcome. She took us to places that normal tour would not go to, so it was quieter and took us to try local street food which we enjoyed immensely. We found that both the guides in Chongqing and Xi'an who were locals, made our trip much more fun and seemed to have much more passion for their city, they offered us many stories and we hope we have found friends in them.

Apart from the hiccups as with the in-flight food, the trip went smoothly. We would however, recommend for all tour guides to confirm the departure flight for their guests. Our shanghai guide had the initiative to do so and so found that our flight was cancelled. Luckily, it was sorted out in time, and we did not miss our cruise. Also, as we were only two persons, we visited the local attractions in much less time and our guides were very helpful in offering further attractions/things to do in our spare time. All in all, we had a great trip with your company and would definitely recommend to all family and friends.

Hello Ms. Wendy and Abbey,

The best restaurant was in Xi'an after we visited the terracotta warriors. In Beijing we like the one after the great-wall the most (this was the one that was switched from our itinerary with the magic show). The dinner + tang dynasty show combination was also very nice.

We were not disappointed at all by the guides, their both good. However, we have to say that Waldener was extremely good as a tour guide and made our stay in Xi'an unforgettable!

The drivers were doing a good job at driving safe and giving a hand with the wheelchair when appropriate.

In Beijing the Crown Plaza hotel their handicap room turned out to be a normal room. The shower in this normal room was unusable for a handicapped person. After we insisted for about 45 mins that the room is really not an option, they upgraded the room to one with a separate shower and bathtub. This solved to problem. However, they did misinform you and us, the good thing is they solved the problem in the end. Also their breakfast was a bit nicer than the one in the Sheraton. In the Sheraton the personnel was extremely helpful and that gave us a good feeling of the hotel.
