Sorry for getting back to you after so long - but was busy.

Let me start off by saying I was expecting the worst especially after paying over the internet. But you guys amazed me and I am still telling my friend a family of my wonderful experience with your company.

From landing in your country we were taken care of and offered exceptional respect, friendliness and assistance. Traveling on a family vacation is not always easy as my 7 year old daughter can be a hand full. But she enjoyed the tours and the guides - she most of all understood the guides and the story expressed, which impress me as the ability to transpose a story/explanation to a child is remarkable.

The hotel were good but the one in Beijing was way out - we were unable to get a taxi back on Friday night from the city center - as it was very busy.

The restaurants and the food were very tasty and lovely. I cannot express a single dislike to the food as it had been an experience to me and my family. I must also say the show taken was Excellent........

The guides were very knowledgeable and well experienced - they made our tour of your country unbelievable.

I have nothing but complement to express to your company and staff.

Please keep up the excellent service and I am sure to join you again soon to see another part of China.

We have just arrived home after our extended stay in China, and I must say that this was one of the best trips we have ever taken. You guys did a wonderful job of introducing us to China by letting us meet the people and go to the places that demonstrate much of China's great past and their look to the future. Your guides helped us to acclimate to the culture so we felt secure to continue our vacation on our own after the Chinatour360.com tour ended.

Both John and I were so pleasantly surprised by how wonderful your tour services were. We were met at the airport on our arrival by the beautiful, friendly, and always smiling Sara! She greeted us and sent us by car to our hotel that we had made arrangements for. Then came William, who took us to the Great Wall for a private tour. He was warm, informative, and it was great to spend the 1/2 day with him. In both cases the drivers were excellent! We realized that we did not want to drive with the traffic as congested as it was. The drivers were safe and we felt very secure in their hands.

Then we met our group... what a wonderful ecliptic group we were: all ages, from many countries, but all there to really experience China. I don't know if it was sheer luck that put our group together, but it was a wonderful mix of people. Together we explored so many wonderful places and for us it was pretty much seamless. The guides were helpful, well informed, and they took very good care of us (even when our plane failed to arrive, they took us to a nearby hotel to get us out of the hustle and bustle of the airport as they made other arrangements for us). The trip passed all too quickly, but we have wonderful memories and have made some great new friends thanks to chinatour360.com!

I forgot to mention the buses that were clean and cool! The fresh water that we were supplied with was a welcomed treat. The drivers were safe, friendly, and really knew how to get around in spite of the traffic! They really did a great job too!

The a-la-cart meals were great also. At first I was not sure how I would like this, but the restaurants were very nice and we liked picking from the menu and sharing our dishes with our table mates. The food was authentic and gave us a real variety of tastes by which we will remember China!

We really liked and connected with our first guide, Sara. I would have enjoyed having her travel with the group from city to city. I know that she was an expert on Beijing and not the other cities, but she did such a great job of making everyone comfortable and taken care of. If she had travel from city to city, she would have been our link and face of Chinatour360.com. We would still have needed the local guides, but Sara would have been our connect. I also wish the guides would have eaten meals with us. Meal time is a great time for asking questions and getting to know about China in a more relaxed setting.

The hotels were over the top.... wonderful that is. Clean, modern, spacious, and great locations! This was definitely a very positive note for you!

Traveling in a group requires everyone be attentive to the needs of others in the group. Our group bonded and were very punctual and like-minded. Some of us were not the shopping type, but knowing others loved to shop the guides did a great job of splitting the time between sites and shopping. The time at the sites was well thought out and even I who likes to read and see, never felt like we just rushed through the sites. Having time in the evenings to explore some of the cities on our own was great as well. That way we could go back to places (shops) where we wanted to spend a little extra time.

The meals were great. When I told friends and family that we were going to China they told me the food was terrible and I would loose weight. Well, I'm here to tell you that that was not the case for our tour. Everyone was complaining that we were gaining weight in spite of all the walking we did. The food was great and the service was wonderful. I liked the Peking Duck meal, but I liked most of the a-la-cart meals almost as well.

I was so impressed with all of the guides, but my favorite was Sara as she really connected and her grasp of the English language was fantastic for someone who has never been abroad herself! The guides were very knowledgeable and their information went well beyond what the guide books shared. Each guide was so 'in love' with their city and seemed to take great pride in showing it to us. I really liked that!

When we made the arrangements for this trip I was a little concerned: traveling to China, arrangements made on-line (in spite of your wonderful communication leading up to the trip), not knowing about the food or the level of the hotels, not knowing anyone in the group, etc. Turns out I was thrilled by the entire trip! The accommodations were great, the guides knowledgeable, and the sites were so impressive. We were safe and well taken care of. I will be recommending this trip to all our friends. It was truly great! Thank you
