I was impressed by your email assistance. You responded to my emails very quickly and provided useful guidance and advice. Your website also had lots of useful facts and information that was helpful in planning our trip to China.
The tours were organized well with no problems to report at all. Our tour guides contacted us in advance to confirm when they would meet us. The guides were very punctual, arriving at our hotel and airport in advance of our meeting times and both they and the driver transferred us efficiently to and from our tour destinations.
The guides were very friendly, knowledgable, and professional and made us feel at ease and were able to answer any questions we had. Their English language skills were excellent. They made every effort to ensure that we enjoyed our day. As well as being professional and helpful guides they were also very nice people and it was very pleasant to spend time with them and chat to them during our journeys.
The drivers were professional and courteous and kept the cars very clean.
We had one meal/lunch during our tour and the restaurant in Beijing was very nice. We eat vegetarian food which can be difficult to arrange sometimes but the restaurant provided vegetarian options and the tour guide helped us to check which the vegetarian options were.
We both had a fantastic trip to China and were very sad to be leaving.
