Thank you for your assistance to us in China!!!

Your service and work of all your staff was exceptional and if we ever decide to visit your country again we would use only your agency as tour operators.

Meals were very nice and well chosen. They were a little bit spicy for us but the restaurant staff was always ready to adjust to our requests. We especially liked our lunch in Beijing and Xian, restaurant in Beijing on our last day there was also very good, especially eel and eggplants. We appreciated the way the private rooms were arranged for us in some restaurants.

All the guides were excellent in presenting information and helping us with all our needs. Their English was adequate, knowledge of history commendable. Drivers are amazing, considering traffic in China.

All the hotels were arranged very nicely, with the exception of Xian where the hotel was not very close to the places of interest. But, considering that we made our travel arrangements to Xian at the last moment, we believe, you could not do better. Still, we would prefer a 4-star hotel but next to Wild Goose Pagoda.

Our group had a very visit to Chengdu and Xi'an.

On the guide's evaluation we rate our guide in Xi'an - Ms Zhang as superior - she is very knowledgeable and keen to provide information. Her knowledge of restaurants, type of service and cuisine is excellent. My friends are very happy with her and classified her as a new friend in China

Unfortunately we cannot rate Ms Lin in Chengdu in the same category. I would give her a rating of fair. She provides basic knowledge for each attraction and had to be prompted for more information. Knowledge of Chengdu restaurant is very limited.

Overall we are very happy with your company and will definitely contact you for assistance for our future China travel. I have also given reference to the general manager of the Xi'an Sheraton, Mr. Depesh Seth on your service.
