Thank you for the arrangement. It was a great planning through web chat and communication.

Our guide in Beijing is knowledgeable and he knew when or how to modulate his attitude to the situation (not droning us into many details that most of us weren't looking for, especially at the end of a tiring day). Vehicle was clean and comfortable. Drivers are also good.

All the restaurants had clean facilities. You made good choice. We enjoyed the tour very much. Thanks for your help.

Dear Amanda,

The tour you arranged for me was great. I had wonderful tour guides and drivers. I particularly enjoyed our guides Ginger in Yichang and Judy in Chongqing. They both had excellent English and great knowledge about their cities. Ginger took me to a local food market (at my request), and I found that more interesting than a tourist stop. Judy and I had a lovely walk in a park in Chongqing.

I was pleased to have English speaking guides on my excursions during the cruise on the Yangtze. I did not realize this would happen.

On the ship, I want to give my highest evaluation to Michael and Phoebe, the river guides. I had a very pleasant time talking with Michael, especially. He seems to be an excellent guide and a true credit to your program. I learned so much about the river and about China and life in China. Thank you for having such excellent employees. In fact, all the crew members that I met were very courteous, pleasant, and efficient. The food was exceptionally good!

Your tour was excellent in nearly every regard. Thank you.
