Sorry to be so late in our reply. Your service was wonderful! You responded to all questions immediately and helped us with our planning. We very much appreciated your help.
As to the cruise, it was great! We enjoyed the people who worked on the ship very much! All were friendly and helpful. Water was delivered every day, the room was comfortable, the food was delicious, and all in all, we had a terrific time!
Suggestions: 1) We would have preferred seeing the locks & the dam during the daytime & therefore wished we'd been aware that we wouldn't see them (except at 1am and later) on the 3-day downstream trip. We realized too late that we should have taken the 4-day trip upstream. 2) When people boarded the ship, an employee onboard tried to sell better staterooms at a higher price. Most people, including us, did pay more for a stateroom that was larger, higher up on the boat, etc. Personally, I would prefer to choose the room prior to boarding, through you. This is just our opinion, and I'm not sure that other people would feel the same way.
I would definitely recommend your company and the President ships. Again, thanks so much for everything; you were wonderful :)
