Dear Kina,

Thanks for arranging such a wonderful tour for our group. We are pleased to give you some comments on the trip.

Food was very good in general, everyone loved it, although I don't eat too much chinese food I liked it too and when I didn't want to try something they would always have fried rice. We had breakfast at the hotel and was perfect. We visited three different Chinese restaurants and the quality is good, but I think the best one was the last visited, we were very satisfied with that.

I think I can speak for all that we were more than pleased with our guide Alex, he spoke very good English, knew about anything we asked and was very kind and nice to all of us. He even was a little bit of a nanny to the 4 year old, who got so close with him that when we left she was crying. We couldn't have had a better guide.

The service attitude of the driver was good, and the car was clean always. We had two drivers, both polite, they didn't speak much so we didn't get to know them, but they drived safely and didn't mind stopping to let us take a picture even in a place which was not on the tour.

All in all, everything was excellent and if we had to go again we would book with you, but we will ask for the same guide.

Throughout our stay we were impressed by the professionalism and expertise of your staff. Our guide had a wonderful personality, spoke English extremely well and gave us a great insight into Chinese culture. The driver provided was a true professional and we felt totally safe when driving with him. His vehicle was immaculate!

The accommodation was outstanding. We felt the staff excelled themselves being both friendly and courteous. Meals were wonderful.

Overall our time in China was most memorable. We got to see many wonderful places and to meet many lovely people. We will certainly be recommending your company to anyone wishing to visit your wonderful country. Outstanding!!!
