Dear Abbey,

Thanks for your professional arrangement on our China tours.

Our group were all from English speaking countries, so there were no issues on sense of time and cultural tastes. We have enough time spent at each site.

I think the really heavy chinese food served at lunch time is too much. the lunch meals were the very same as the dinner meals. Something lighter during the day would have been better,but overall variety of food & restaurants were very good.

We only had one tour guide Sara Zhang. We could not have asked for more from her. She was excellent. She looked after us at our hotel and made any little adjustments to our tours that were required without any fuss. Her knowledge and language were also of an excellent standard. Sarah was very good at offering her knowledge of the sites and made sure everybody could hear what she was saying. And her communication skills were excellent. She interacted with us very well as a guide and socially.We could not have been happier with her. She is a lovely girl.

The driver was also friendly. Bus was clean and travel was safe.

We enjoyed the tour very much. Thank you again.

Dear Carol,

Thank you very much for the wonderful service provided for us. Overall, the trip was very enjoyable and even though my mother was suffering a bad sore throat, Tina Zhang has extended her full attention and went out her way to accomodate everyone's wishes, most especially my mother's shopping and the mooncake shop she and the driver took us which we enjoyed very much. The hotel was excellent, the driver was very respectful, places visited were excellent and the weather was very good, the lunch ordered and the Auspicious Restaurant was very impressive, except maybe to ask guests about food allergy, as i have peanut allergy but Tina was very quick to change the meal ordered before being served. Tina was very young but extremely professional and very knowledgeable with China's history and answered questions very well. I would loved to go back to China again and see Xian province at some point. Surely I will use your service again as I really wanted to go to the Xian province. Many thanks for your good service.
