We were thrilled with the quality of the service you provided us. We were especially pleased with the guides you provided us. Koko in Xian was wonderful and we had an unforgettable two days with her. All members of our group commented that Koko was a very friendly, fun and thoughtful guide. She made Xian a wonderful experience that none of us will ever forget. Her English was excellent and her outgoing and welcoming nature made it feel as if a friend was taking us around her city. We were particularly grateful for the extra effort Koko put in, including making sure we were checked into our hotel and flights before she left us. Could you please pass on our thanks to Koko for all her efforts in Xian? She is definitely an asset to your company. Our guide in Chengdu (Shelly) was also excellent; she was very knowledgeable about the pandas and Chengdu itself. When we were caught in a traffic jam (due to the start of the Chinese holiday season) she was quick to think of another solution, a three wheeled taxi, to get us to our train on time. We were very grateful for her hard work, as we would have missed the start of our cruise if we had not made it to the train station on time.

All of the drivers you provided for us were excellent and the vehicles were always in good condition. All of the meals provided were of a high quality and we all agreed they were delicious and well selected restaurants. When we told Koko that we wanted to go to a dumpling restaurant for dinner, she was more than happy to recommend and book an excellent restaurant for us. One of the best things about your company was your reliability, all of your tours, drivers and guides were extremely professional and always on time. We definitely feel that your company was highly professional and reliable (especially considering much of our booking was not finalised until after we arrived in China). Also a big thanks to your office staff who were always quick to respond to queries and questions in a friendly, helpful and professional manner. We would definitely recommend your company to anyone who was planning a trip to China.
