Dear Ms. Abbey Cheng,

1. Quite good, the trip we felt was well managed in Beijing in Xi'an with Sara/Carol. We would've loved to have spent more time in Beijing and a day more of the tour in Shanghai.

2. The meals were great, but they were a little repetitive, although it was a very touch how each city had its own touch of history and cultural aspects. Particularly the Tang Dynasty dumpling dinner was great ! :)

3. Service and attitude of guides were great. Would've loved to get to know the guide in Shanghai more, but Sara and Carol were great !!!! verrry well spoken and friendly and extremely knowledgable. They were all great knowledge wise.

Hotel rooms were great, incredible value for money and the breakfasts were great !!!
A little repetitive though ... but yeh... fantastic trip!!!

The meals were fine - not too much, which I think is also important when it is a tour ( here I am especially thinking of a bigger group than mine.)

The attitude of the guide and her language skill and also her knowledge was perfect. Very service minded and helpful. If they all have the same level, I am just sorry that I did not know about you, when I visited Beijing for a week last year.

The driver was very clean and very service minded, even if we could not understand each other apart from signing. Mr. Lu even unexpectedly bought Ice tea for me, when he realized that I liked it.

The compliment I just want to give to Koko - but I have also told her the same personally.
