I am sorry I took so long to respond. But let me offer my comments, though tardy.

The meals were good but our favorites were those when we were on our own. We enjoy exploring and eating at places were the local population eats rather than something that caters more to tourists. But we had no complaints.

The guides we had were all excellent and gave a wonderful, memorable experience. They were knowledgeable, kind, respectful and conscientious of our requests and time. We enjoyed all three of them very much and would highly recommend any of them.

The cars were clean and the drivers fun to be around. Even though they spoke little English (and us little Chinese), we were able to communicate and have fun together. We always felt safe and well cared for.

We hope to return and will certainly use your services again.

Generally speaking, the 2 meals (lunches) that you arranged were not good at all. The guides' English was sometimes hard to understand.

Danny was just full of a wealth of information in Hangzhou. He really wanted us to get the essence of that city and did a lot to make that happen in the short time we were there.

All of your guides were extremely nice and pleasant to talk to . We did learn a lot about life in China from them. When in Beijing, whenever I had a question that William didn't know the answer to, he immediately used his cell to call and find me an answer. That was very much appreciated.

Also, in Shanghai I asked Nick if he could find a book about my grandfather Mao Yi Sheng for me. He did and it was a really good one. I appreciated that. He also helped my daughter to get checked in to go to Beijing -very good.
