Hello Nicole,

We enjoyed and liked all meals. Very good menu.

All time we received very too much foods. In some restaurant the bier or Cola was be limited at a glass of 10 or15 cl. with a very expensive price for the second one. A minimun will be to have a glass of 25 or 33 cl. (shocking).

We have not easy to select one restaurant, because they are all excellent. (Wangbaohe restaurant)

Generaly the guides were good. Our Comments on:

Maggie 'Beijing" = Excellent - good.

Ellen " Xian" = Can't follow the client. Ellen talk to much. Sometime during 20 minutes without stopped allway with the same tonality.. After 2 minutes our mind is tired and we can't listen to her. Good knowledge and english with special accent.

Rosalie ' Guilin-yanshuo' = Excelent for all very dynamic.

Chongqing = one day only = good

Tracy 'boat" = no comments because we have stayed only one hour with her.

Sissi " Shanghai" = Good , a little same of Ellen. Too cold and dry with client.

Very nice and confortable hotel. service room hygene OK. Internet too expensible at Beijing and Shanghai.

Thank you Nicole for your serious organisation. For the quickly change when we have had any problems. All the trip was memorable. (missing in your trip the cormoran fishing at Yanghuo, Making by ourself).

Thanks for your further explanation about the hotel. I understand that you have tried your best to make us satisfied.

1. I think the meals are very delicious, but the portion is too much for 3 person. I even thought that the meals are enough for 6 person. I definitely choose the Beijing duck dinner as the best meal.

2. The guide's attitude is nice and easy going. But I was a little bit disappointed when he didn't accompany us climbing the Great Wall, he said he was too often climbing the Great Wall. His English skill is great, I have no problem understanding his speech. His knowledge about the places' history is acceptable and quite informative. But his knowledge about shopping center and the price of souvenirs is lack.

My compliment about the tour guide is he was very patient and waited us shopping at the souvenirs store.
